I have a two piece vocals setup using the xr18 but would love this!... but in a compact setup.... what would I need? And I get to use all the vocal plugins live? I see two screens in front.. so this is basically the entire mixer?
There is a small, 16 channel version of the LV-1 mixer here: www.waves.com/mixers-racks/emotion-lv1-16-channels you can see a few configuration options under the “Setups” tab if you scroll down on that page.

Rory Hollingsworth - the iPad is running a remote desktop app in order to mirror and control the LV1 screen which is located at the side of the container.
@@NirBenjaminy what remote app? I've tried a few no luck with it running my mon at the same time

What i/o are you using for the system?
We are using the DAD AX32 as our IO. We also have the Waves IOX and a couple DigiGrid devices to compliment the main IO.
What is the failure rate for LV1
Ours was Zero. But that's just my experience on this gig.
Digital is here to stay...
