The wrapping in mockups is done with a smart software, and it is recommended to lower the opacity of images on the mockup a little to make it more realistic, and not over-promise, so to say, to your customers. Going to watch further, so happy the vlog is 2 hrs, and you did a really good job with developing this product!
I will definitely keep practicing with the mock-ups and it seems quite easy to achieve in Affinity. I did lower the opacity but I don't think I did it enough. It is why I also include one actual photo on the post and have disclaimers saying that digital images are brighter. It's all a big learning curve which I enjoy. 🧡

Love watching the vlogs. As a vegan I agree that every part of the animal should be used if you do “process” the animal. I personally don’t like the idea of tallow or some such in my skin and I would feel like that if I still ate meat, but it’s important to not be wasteful and use the animal for everything possible so their life is not in vain. Great explanation and I don’t condemn people for their choice to consume animals. I did it once and it’s ok for people to do what they feel is good and healthy for them.

I agree with use everything - tallow soap was my nicest, creamiest soaps I ever made (whenn I made soap lol). Ive seen tallow moisturizer as well and I will buy some to try as it makes beautiful soap. Have a wonnderful Christmas Keeley, Hubby and Puppy xx

My business goals for 2024 were to go from plastic containers to glass containers, excluding body scrubs and all other products that goes into the shower. For 2025, my early goal, is to do boxes for all my skincare products. I have the boxes, I need to make the labels.
Yes it is happening all over the world no country is untouched by corporate greed and the effects of climate change . We need to support small business more than ever farmers markets these are our back bone they will cool the corporate greed if we support them
We try our hardest to support small where we can and I do all our fresh produce shopping at the grocer to make sure more goes back to our farmers. It can be hard though as when times are tough, not everyone can afford it as they do cost a little more but it is usually better quality and lasts longer. Hopefully we see a turn around soon.

I was chatting to Lee from Wicked Lee and we think I may have had a bad batch of Tallow and that is why I have been wary of it. I am looking forward to trying it in the new year. However, I still have a lot of vegan customers so if I decide to use it more, I will need to create a whole new range of soaps. The deodorant recipe will be out soon on Patreon.
Keeley interesting info re glass car diffusers, as I also read they can break/shatter if in hot conditions. Can I ask is it safe to keep the re fill/use bottle in the car, I am assuming not. sorry Keeley I am watching in stop start . That is very impressive how you are editing your photos of car diffusers well done. Is it Infinity (spelling) that you’ve started to use. Re scales it can even just be the container you are using if accidentally slipped up against the scale which happened once but I noticed immediately the reading was incorrect so repeated as initial oil and measured.
