I used to have a issue sleeping then i stopped watching my phone and TV at 7 . Sounds silly and simple started doing puzzles for 2 hours then laid in bed and started reading books and over a month i was sleeping 8 hrs or more i have really bad ADD so all that information kept my brain running. Worth a try for any one eles that struggles with sleep issues

@@wheelb4973 average. Garrett is a gifted athlete and a nice guy. I just forget sometimes that these guys are basically teenagers with a lot of money. I expect them all to act like Grant, which may be unfair on my part.
@@scottsmith6871 The reason I ask Scott is that I played Div 1 golf at Wake Forest from 1980 - 1985 and was assistant golf coach there in 87 and 88 . I enjoy encouraging and offering any help to younger golfers to reach their next level and play their best golf .
@@wheelb4973 much appreciated man! My son loves it and is currently a junior. Will be working on swing speed this summer to get him to that next level. Right now everyone hits it past him and the kid is 6 feet tall. Not an aggressive bone in his body, but a real great son and I couldn’t be prouder.
@@scottsmith6871 Be patient . His strength and distance will come in time . Every kid matures physically at different times . At 6 feet and probably still growing it will not be long before distance is the least of his problems . Tell him to just keep up the work and good things will come .
