i love the tights and accessories! the first two items-i agree, they’re a bit plain. but the ruffle dress would look great with a long moss green cardigan if you want to dress it down a bit! for the winter, just add some hand warmers and a frilly scarf :)
I've watched so many mystery bundles and all of them seem like a waste of money. I understand why the bundles are priced the way they are (time it takes to thrift, sort, style ECT)... but the buyer never seems thrilled with what they got. Honestly as a viewer I'm rarely thrilled with they got either. It just seems way more cost effective to purchase clothes you know that you like. Sure you might be getting more clothes in the bundles for the price (though I could go thrift an entirely new wardrobe for $370) however the risk of not liking most or all the clothes seems too high. The process of buying and opening the bundles looks fun, but actually owning the pieces seems like a big toss up 🤷🏻♀️

Mystery boxes seem to be for people who have no idea of how or where to shop or want to try out an aesthetic that they are unsure of how to style. Because most of us are too picky about what we want to wear and tbh the people styling the boxes have no idea of what is in your closet or the little things that are deal breakers for you. The cost of all the different boxes are way over what it would be to just pick out the same stuff that you actually want in my opinion.

My opinion is that this package was totally over priced.for what you got. I can not recall her name but I follow her and she makes frock boxes and she did a video of her preparing 3 of them just recently and she was so awesome with all the stuff she sent. She provided pictures of all the outfits capablities from all the pieces in their boxes. I was awe struck with what she put together. I do follow her but I just can't recall for sure but I think it Well-Loved. You styled what you got as best you could but everything looked like a costume to me. Hi Alexa! It was fun to watch you open the package as many others are curious to see what iGirl bundles will bring. I’ve seen many iGirl mystery boxes and basically they are just ok. Nothing really exciting that is worthy of a $350 price tag. You looked cute in the outfits, but nothing you received isn’t something that you couldn’t have found on your own for a lot less money. I’m not sure what the draw is for these very expensive bundles. Anyway, I always enjoy your videos. Thanks for keeping it real!💕

I’m a fan of Igirl I have a number of their pieces. I do agree that I think these bundles I think are more for fans of the brand/Bella’s style. I did enjoy the looks from the bundle.
Everything looks so pretty, but I agree this is best if you’re wanting one of their popular items so you getting more value for your purchase. If they did mini one outfit bundles under $100 that would interest me, because their theme choices do look like things I would wear or want to experiment with. If you’re not having luck thrifting or styling, this box is for you. Otherwise you can totally curate these looks over time if you don’t mind the hunt!
I think we’ve been spoilt with fast fashion. I think we have also got used to rubbish quality stuff. So in that way we expect more for our money. I think second hand is often really overpriced. (I’ve had beautiful 70’s pieces that are made amazingly well for cheaper than you can find 90’s bits which were originally mass produced. It doesn’t make sense to me!) I’m ok with paying for craftsmanship. And quality. But as someone who has been seeing clothing since she was little I can’t work out where the price point for the babydoll dress comes from. The only way I can validate that price is that not many of them are actually sold. Because let’s face it- it’s a fairly simple design. I recently fell in love with a linen cami. BUT I couldn’t validate the $50 price tag. ESP when I could see the construction (or lack of). These are things I often think about. A wedding gown - ooak. Luxury materials. Obviously worth more. Denim. At $200. No thanks. I think we should readjust the worth of things - know what goes in to producing an item. Cost per wear. Etc. and move away from insane consumerism.

imo with the clothes you got, going by what you asked for, it hardly matched the theme. with haunted heiress i woudve expected flowy lacy clothing- not a pleated skirt (for example). like the iGirl dress wouldve been a perfect start to base the bundle around. most of their stuff ive seen people buy, has been more disappointing than worth it, especially with that price point, should expect better tbh.
Mystery boxes are not for me, however, I like watching videos of people unboxing them. Reason why I personally would never get one unless I knew exactly what was in it (defeats the purpose, I know), is that I do not have the money to spend on clothes without knowing what I'm getting and potentially being out of hundreds of dollars worth of clothing I won't wear. Plus it's just creating additional waste. If I knew how to sew and create sth else out of it that's a different story, but I neither have the skills nor the time. So, a no from me, but I see the appeal for sure. This one is, imho, completely overpriced. I think many agree. You probably pay for the name, and I don't enjoy that. It's secondhand clothing. In my opinion the first outfit was very basic. The pieces were cute but not something super special you couldn’t find for yourself which at this price point I feel like all of the pieces should be special. I think the last dress nails the style. I don't like the black skirt look it's giving schoolgirl. I feel like igirl is always trying to be like 50 steps ahead of the trends and the 2010s are weirdly coming back around with the "twilight core" so I see that looking coming back into style really soon. I love watching people unbox mystery fashion bundles, but I've been surprised how many people just love these iGirl bundles...I keep waiting to be overwhelmed for the price, but I keep being so underwhelmed. I guess if you do have $350 to throw around you may not be as upset as getting items that aren't you. I think my two biggest issues with these bundles are - (1) for $350 I would expect I could put in a lot more 'no's. I understand that thrifting it can be difficult if there's a long laundry list of things a client doesn't want, but I think being able to put up to three 'no's would really make me even consider buying it for a second (2) I personally don't care about iGirl as a brand. I think the mystery bundle themes are cool, but I wouldn't ever wear anything with the iGirl logo prominently on display on it. I'm not shopping for your branded stuff, I'm shopping for a mystery bundle, you know? If half of my accessories have her name somewhere on them, that would feel like a waste of my money to me

I feel like the pieces look pretty cheap especially the igirl pieces and the jewelry looked junky. You wore it really well though. It seems like the igirl brand is relying on clout because the styling looked kinda generic.
Bruh, this girl get a bit drunk with those prices. Simply it's not worth it. If u have to spend 40 dollars for tights I will add more and got gucci or Chanel ones... The thing is you can get this clothes in thrift stores....

My opinion is that this package was totally over priced.for what you got. I can not recall her name but I follow her and she makes frock boxes and she did a video of her preparing 3 of them just recently and she was so awesome with all the stuff she sent. She provided pictures of all the outfits capablities from all the pieces in their boxes. I was awe struck with what she put together. I do follow her but I just can't recall for sure but I think it Well-Loved. You styled what you got as best you could but everything looked like a costume to me. Purchasing from them seem like a "No Bueno". I would have been hot. Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the days to come.
Hi Alexa! It was fun to watch you open the package as many others are curious to see what iGirl bundles will bring. I’ve seen many iGirl mystery boxes and basically they are just ok. Nothing really exciting that is worthy of a $350 price tag. You looked cute in the outfits, but nothing you received isn’t something that you couldn’t have found on your own for a lot less money. I’m not sure what the draw is for these very expensive bundles. Anyway, I always enjoy your videos. Thanks for keeping it real!💕
I like the effort she puts into the packaging but I feel like it would cost less and not cause as much waste if she didn't individually package and stamp everything with her logo.
I’m a fan of Igirl I have a number of their pieces. I do agree that I think these bundles I think are more for fans of the brand/Bella’s style. I did enjoy the looks from the bundle.
Everything looks so pretty, but I agree this is best if you’re wanting one of their popular items so you getting more value for your purchase. If they did mini one outfit bundles under $100 that would interest me, because their theme choices do look like things I would wear or want to experiment with. If you’re not having luck thrifting or styling, this box is for you. Otherwise you can totally curate these looks over time if you don’t mind the hunt!
I think we’ve been spoilt with fast fashion. I think we have also got used to rubbish quality stuff. So in that way we expect more for our money. I think second hand is often really overpriced. (I’ve had beautiful 70’s pieces that are made amazingly well for cheaper than you can find 90’s bits which were originally mass produced. It doesn’t make sense to me!) I’m ok with paying for craftsmanship. And quality. But as someone who has been seeing clothing since she was little I can’t work out where the price point for the babydoll dress comes from. The only way I can validate that price is that not many of them are actually sold. Because let’s face it- it’s a fairly simple design. I recently fell in love with a linen cami. BUT I couldn’t validate the $50 price tag. ESP when I could see the construction (or lack of). These are things I often think about. A wedding gown - ooak. Luxury materials. Obviously worth more. Denim. At $200. No thanks. I think we should readjust the worth of things - know what goes in to producing an item. Cost per wear. Etc. and move away from insane consumerism.

I’ve been a fashionista since I was little as well and it’s mind blowing to me how we are trying to justify the sale of things for much more than it’s actually worth; especially when so much of this clothing is made in sweatshops with their prices inflated as a result of branding (especially for luxury brand)z

imo with the clothes you got, going by what you asked for, it hardly matched the theme. with haunted heiress i woudve expected flowy lacy clothing- not a pleated skirt (for example). like the iGirl dress wouldve been a perfect start to base the bundle around.
most of their stuff ive seen people buy, has been more disappointing than worth it, especially with that price point, should expect better tbh.
Mystery boxes are not for me, however, I like watching videos of people unboxing them. Reason why I personally would never get one unless I knew exactly what was in it (defeats the purpose, I know), is that I do not have the money to spend on clothes without knowing what I'm getting and potentially being out of hundreds of dollars worth of clothing I won't wear. Plus it's just creating additional waste. If I knew how to sew and create sth else out of it that's a different story, but I neither have the skills nor the time. So, a no from me, but I see the appeal for sure. This one is, imho, completely overpriced. I think many agree. You probably pay for the name, and I don't enjoy that. It's secondhand clothing. How much money do you actually have to charge to make a profit? Probably not that much. Thanks for the video 💗

In my opinion the first outfit was very basic. The pieces were cute but not something super special you couldn’t find for yourself which at this price point I feel like all of the pieces should be special. I’ve noticed she does a lot of basic pieces which is nice but I think she should expect people to already have these items or similar items.

They don't really feel fully completed, especially to the extent that I see other people in this aesthetic because its usually A LOT of items and A LOT of layering. idk it also feels a bit dated like 2015 tumblr fashion. I think the last dress nails the style. I don't like the black skirt look it's giving schoolgirl. I feel like igirl is always trying to be like 50 steps ahead of the trends and the 2010s are weirdly coming back around with the "twilight core" so I see that looking coming back into style really soon. I feel like i wanted this to be more ghostly than like 2010's preppy tho the babydoll dress and the second outfit are definitely something I would've worn in like 2011.
It’s just a bit disappointing for especially this mystery box specifically, she didn’t include any unique vintage pieces, except maybe the last dress (i just didnt like the look of it at all, it’s giving potato sack chic, sorry). She just adds a shitload of igirl original pieces in order to make up the amount of $350, even though you pay for a thrifted style box, not an igirl merch mystery box??
From watching her videos it looks like she spents a lot of time and effort on the boxes she films for her youtube channel (cuz those boxes always look really nice and unique), and the rest she just quickly puts together
every time i see igirl stuff, it just looks like cheap hot topic/spencers but with a premium price tag. i don't see where the individual pieces prices come from (i understand the price of someone's labor in styling but the actual "igirl" brand pieces, i see nothing to justify those high prices unless they are ethically made with fair labor wages of the item makers)
I feel like online thrifting is a mystery box in and of itself too because you're just going based off of sight (obviously) and you're not sure how it will genuinely feel and fit 😭 But nevertheless, it's still so fun, and the mystery boxes are still so exciting to see too!!
I love watching people unbox mystery fashion bundles, but I've been surprised how many people just love these iGirl bundles...I keep waiting to be overwhelmed for the price, but I keep being so underwhelmed. I guess if you do have $350 to throw around you may not be as upset as getting items that aren't you.
I think my two biggest issues with these bundles are -
(1) for $350 I would expect I could put in a lot more 'no's. I understand that thrifting it can be difficult if there's a long laundry list of things a client doesn't want, but I think being able to put up to three 'no's would really make me even consider buying it for a second
(2) I personally don't care about iGirl as a brand. I think the mystery bundle themes are cool, but I wouldn't ever wear anything with the iGirl logo prominently on display on it. I'm not shopping for your branded stuff, I'm shopping for a mystery bundle, you know? If half of my accessories have her name somewhere on them, that would feel like a waste of my money to me
