As an interpreter myself that is what we are taught so that the deaf community have. A better understanding of what is being said

In a school you can social distance more with school aged children and you are limited to around 30 families. In nursery I am in contact with 40-50 families !

The first variant and the new variant aren't two different problems -- they are the SAME problem. Johnson made me angry by saying his measures have been a success with the old variant. By definition they have not been. He can trot out all the scientists he wants, but he should have locked the place down long ago and kept it locked down. I say this as someone who absolutely loves the U.K., visits every year, and is heartbroken at what's happening there. Absolutely heartbroken. Something is missing from the majority of politicians, and bearing in mind how many come from such institutions I can't help but feel being an ex pupil of one of them should blunt your prospects in public/government service rather than sharpen them. Seems all they learn is how to lie with a straight face and shift blame. All I want to see is honest people conducting transparent business in parliament. If your Grandaddy's best buddy knows so and so's uncle who's the commissioner of this n that, and who can get you a job, that means you're not qualified to do the job. Nepotism within the upper middle class is fast bringing us under corporate rule.
Next time the big chair is vacant it would be great if someone qualified sat in it. Boris is, and always has been a sheep, and he's unable to take charge and lead because he's excellent at stabbing better prospects in the back, but lousy at trying to do the job they would have been fit for.

Then there's at least a few million like me who will not comply and dare I say, to the end. I have no kids to worry about, so freedom seems worthy enough a cause to fight for.

Whats the point of a national lockdown if employers can demand you come in to work!
