Hi TRQ, this bumper cover is not actually on the 1A site anymore. At least not categorized in any way related to the bumper. I have a Rav4 model in this range, and i think this is something someone with my limited skills can accomplish. Anywhere you can point me so I can buy the EXACT same piece you have here?
Had an auto body shop/car insurance replace the rear bumper after a fender bender. But now on the drivers side going 20-40km (basic neighbourhood street speed) I hit a manhole, a street crack, or anything like that and it sounds either like a thud bang like the rear door is ajar or a carry on suitcase hitting the back door... take you pick. I have no idea where that sound is coming from on the driver's side bumper area. Doesn't happen at high speed on the highway. The bumper I suspect is aftermarket appears snug, all bolts and clips in.... nothing is loose enough to cause that impact sound IMO. It wasn't there with the old bumper pre accident.

I don't see the bumper available on that site?
Good info, if you do a video on replacing the rear reinforcement bar that would be great as im sure there are some rusting out like ours!
Is a "Hooky-Do" a technical term?
Is it me or the paint quality on the new bumper cover is bad?
If the bar got pushed in, would the new bumper still fit?
Good video. What is the part number that was replaced?
