i think the cgi was a little off but ultimately fine, and you are just dead wrong on the visuals. the colors and visuals were super vibrant and striking. honestly no idea what you were talking about. the colors were just super vibrant and never dull even once?
CGI was very off and colour palette didn't fit in with the visuals in the some scenes. Mad Max fury road looks pristine and it's a film made 9 years ago. Furiousa also has a higher budget and looks way worse
Yes I agree. I kind of zone out for about 45 min during the kid version. But once Anna showed up it was a pure blast. The actions was so much fun. Yes there was multiple scene where the CGI took me out of the movie. But overall I had fun and gave it a 7/10.
Yeah like I mentioned there’s some great moments but it’s literally like an hour of the movie spent on her as a silent kid. Anya is amazing when she’s on screen tho

I liked it a lot. The franchise didn't begin with fury road. That was the fourth part. There was already a universe in Thunderdome and road warrior. I feel that this movie was more akin to the road warrior (which also was much slower and had a lot of talking) than with fury road. They even had the flying machines like the Gyro Captain had. Chris hemsworth was more like Humungus than like immortan joe. And also if it was following furiosa, and her story. Where else would she have gone? Its not like max who has all the freedom. Movie is great. I rank it second best mad max movie. Along with road warrior.. So it goes, 1. Fury road, 2. Roadwarrior/ furiosa. 3. Part 1/ thunderdome..
They should have done mad max 4 with mel gibson, the last adventure for the real mad max, instead it was 9 years to watch an unnecesary prequel to another character
Yeah I think this franchise has honestly kinda ran out of gas (no pun intended). Like the action is amazing but there’s only so many stories you can tell with these other characters
I though the movie was okay, honestly I go to movies for the stories and I felt the was rushed and convoluted. It would have been better as a TV series where they could have built the characters better. Good action movie but the story was badly adapted it had potential but wasn't that good.
No not really, the only film it’s connected to is mad max fury road. But things a prequel to that movie so really your best bet would be to watch this first then fury road
i honestly enjoyed this one a decent amount more than Fury Road to be honest, i tried watching it twice this month and fell asleep both times, like i found it pretty uninteresting and dont see why people say it should of beat Spotlight for best picture. Chris Hemsworth was awesome in this film, might be my favourite performance from him. this was also my first time with no one else in the cinema so thought probably up'd the experience for me as well but i did feel some scenes drag a bit around the half way mark

Yeah the part of her being a kid should’ve been like 20 minutes max. It just kept going but not really adding anything else new
