so my hair is really messy.. its like a mix of 2b/3a, but i never cared for it, im dying my hair and straightening it, since its long its quite heavy and when i decide to wear my curls the roots are straight but mid and ends are really curly so it looks weird.. also it looks kinda dry so i really want those silky waves :(

I want my hair to be like when i do it wavy
Whole head hurting
My hair is straight but goes up down at the ends. It is also somewhat wavy when wet. I feel very insecure about my hair and I wish I had more texture. I hope this works!
Second day: No changes at all. I listened for an hour and a couple of seconds. I’ve heard people showered after and they got massive results. I plan on showering later today. I’ll update after!
After shower day 2: ofc my hair is still wet so when I wake up, I will make sure to go straight here and comment my results.
Results after shower: my hair is now somewhat dry. My hair looks like it has waves but they are very big ones. Not 2a-2b yet but I am getting somewhere! I can’t believe this actually worked!!
Day 3: my waves went away! But my hair definitely got softer! I will update tomorrow or later tonight :)

You have to believe and make sure you don’t look in the mirror it might slow down results
well you figure, you'll be listening for a while. 4c hair is no where near close to 2a/b. your hair will change from the roots, to certain lengths of your hair. don't be discouraged, enjoy the journey and not the destination.
It takes however long you assume it will! Live in the end and ignore all circumstances. You already have it. :)
