No it was most certainly a cement mixer. Made famous by Rob Rhone and called a cement mixer because it was invented/developed by the North Hampton HS wrestling team in PA. That town happened to be the concrete capital of the world. Hence Cement Job /Cement Mixer (Roll through to a cement job). They call it different things in different parts of the country but its true name is cement job / cement mixer.
