I think it's because he did what he did and it can't be changed.
"Because" with nothing else afterwards is usually used to mean "It have no real reason" or "Stop wondering"
The answer of why she did what she did is "Because sht happens", pretty much. The ritual is supposed to just make you face reality

@MrCreepyPasta I love your content, but I was just asking if it was possible to cut the flashing lights if possible? I can change settings, but then I miss out on great content like yours. I have Epilepsy and am in post ictal and am not in great shape right now. The flashing lights are really nauseating. I understand if it's not possible though.
