- Ayurveda suggests so many traditional treatment process for almost all diseases. Here is one among them for inflammation-related issues. Upanahasweda, a treatment which involves applying medicinal mixtures on the disease-affected body part of the patient and leaving it undisturbed for an extended period of time. This process need to be continued for a minimum of two to three days.
