Real Time Lawn Care… how do you handle new customers that approach while working??

4/7/2023 real time lawn care… new customer approaches while mowing. How do you folks handle new customers when meeting for the first time? This “new customer” was secured on my route and is now the 4th property for that stop.. great get if you ask me!!
