I grew up in Pakistan, topped many exams, went to top university in pakistan and at a young age of 22, got selected by one of the largest technology companies in US. I have been in US for 14+ years now. My father or my uncles never wanted me to think about doing business in Pakistan. Tell people that if they want to build an animal farm then build a large steel shed raised above the ground with gates either side and a large manure pit/fall just out side the gates on one end and concrete floors and no walls in the shed, but have all gates in the shed that could be opened up so that a small tractor could scrape the floors and clean up the manure and put it in the pit/fall where the ground is the lowest and you have a trolly parked. Since the building will be above ground by the height of the trolley, the manure could be scraped strait into the back of the trolley. Have Concrete floors manholes and drains every where. That is how it's done in the UK. Ask them to watch videos on modern farming practices. It needs to be very easy to clean. You could make methane gas out of manure TOO. But ask them not to be cruel to animals and let calfs meet their mums. Plan it so that you could expand it in the future and get vacume pump slury tankers too etc and other machines. First please get training from an existing farm. 1-3 months hands on. Let owner know what your intentions are.
Secondly don’t build but rent the shed.

Dear I would recommend to also check for knitting fabric for t.shirts and fleece etc. this industry is in Korangi and New Karachi, you can visit and can start with few machine with some experienced friend. I done this working in Khi. before Covid but couldn't start as based in Islamabad.

Excellent work. Today I bought garlic to grow at my garden on a small experimental base. I have also grown the ginger in pots in my garden and they are growing well. I will harvest them soon and will upload a video on my channel from planting till harvest with all updates.
