Lol, " Bye, camera!" So adorable.😊 That's a lot of lights! Wow! Thanks for sharing, Josh. I've never been, and this year will be my first time seeing the lights in person.
Fantastic video! Every year I’m reminded about the Mission Inn, what a lovely place to visit. Looks like early December will be the best time to visit without crazy crowds! When your son is older he will enjoy seeing this video and hearing how he enjoyed the pizza the best lol!
I went to the Mission Inn back in 2022 on a 2 wk car life journey I took after seeing it on another YTBR's channel....not during the festival of lights but they were still up? Maybe they still lit them up into January, I wasn't there at night....I plan on going back for this, I hope I can go this year...got some great photos/content while I visited, it was so awesome! Awwww....lol, the kids just loved that food!
I'd like to add if anyone plans on visiting to go to The Raincross District too! Tons of cute small businesses and thrift pop-ups! Off of market street a block away from The Mission Inn! Great video btw!
The Mission Inn is having a Black Friday sale with discounted room rates on Mondays and maybe some other week days. I just booked today and paid much less than weekend rates during the Christmas light festival.
It's only worth going if you can see inside the Inn, which is reserved for hotel guests on most if not all days. Personally I think their outside lights are pretty Ho-Hum. No comparison to the absolutely delightful El Segundo Candy Cane Lane. You should do a video on that. Other favorite holiday lights in SoCal = Torrance 'Sleepy Hollow' neighborhood, Long Beach Naples island. Newport Beach and Altadena lights = Don't even bother.

What a great family tradition! The lights really are spectacular! The pizza and churro did look good too!

Do you have to be a guest at the hotel to see the lights?
Did you spot any real reindeer? I have seen them there in the past but am not sure if they're still part of the event!

Naples Island is so beautiful. Where do you suggest parking? I always have a hard time finding a spot.
@@sacredgeometry8275 plenty of parking if you go 1 hour before sunset, or park at Gelson's if you go late.
I work for Pizza Hut 32 years frozen pizzas I know cuz I used to do the dough
