Yeah, he was sounding so sincere and he's rolling out that story and the more he talks the clearer it becomes that he wasn't going to cop to any accountability, not one second of the whole event. And then he said that if they'd just busted the door down it wouldn't have happened. They all think like that but by Constitutional Law everybody is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law and etc. A no knock almost implies that your guilty and they want to catch you at your crime. And these cops that execute those warrants are going out on hunting parties.

Unfortunately it’s his fault. It’s not right, at all. this situation should never happen, but it’s how our system is set up. Cops wouldn’t never shot if they weren’t fired at. He was justified trying to protect himself, but unfortunately this situation is legal for cops... it shouldn’t be. our system is sad.

@Azo Zyten / So it's a case in Florida where the police served a no knock warrant on this white man's house and he fired upon them bc he also didn't know who was coming into his home and he killed 2 officers. They also was serving the warrant to the wrong house. He went to trial and was found not guilty. Every officer there lied about what happened and claimed they knocked and that he fired on them first but this man had security cameras which they tried to not only steal but erase the footage but thank God he had a back up and the truth came out.

Ok. This stupidity was a struggle to get through. There were actually many witnesses that originally came out and said to have heard the knocking and announcing at the door. Their tunes changed once the mainstream media got there.
Also, he said that "HE" initially returned 4 shots. Not the entire collective of them, if u were paying attention.
And the police department dropped the charges on walker due to the fact that the city and country were thrown into chaos because of peoples stupidity.
Oh and did I mention that they paid breonna taylors family 12 million dollars in regards to her death?

The most disturbing part of this video is Kenneth crying asking if Breonna is alive. Not only hearing him crying but scream in pain. Say her name.

Because they lied to get the warrant is the reason Bre is dead. They knew the person they were looking for was not in there. That's why the briefing before the raid was shabby. They had no reason raiding her apartment.
To me, the worst part about this interview is how he's blaming Breonna Taylor's boyfriend rather than taking responsibility for his own brutality and failure as a law enforcement officer.

I am amazed at this truly bad policing depicted here. Don't these people learn tactics at all? If Walker had been a dedicated and good shooter these cops would be dead. They should have retreated and reassessed the situation, they should have cared for their wounded officer. Instead they fired 30 rounds into a completely unsecured building, endangering themselves, the inhabitants and neighbors.
Mattingly even mentions the brief "wasn't sure about children and dogs". So to their knowledge there could have been kids in there. Still they riddled the place with bullets.
How anyone can defend this particular operation or even the general procedure of just barging into houses, because drugs or whatever, is beyond me.

"Your actions is still to blame, even if you did it intentionally or not" This was the officer's response to Michael when he told him that Kenneth's actions were to protect Breonna, that's why he fired a warning shot. But what about the police's actions? Enter a person's home, it was dark but you all had guns with light, so you could have seen Ken and Bre, but they couldn't see who you all were. The intention of the Police was to "eliminate a threat", as he said, they were expecting Breonna to be there alone (not knowing if they would be kids or animals). In my opinion, they thought Ken might have been Bre's ex who supposedly hid the guns and drugs in her apartment so they took the opportunity to "eliminate the threat". They didn't want to leave survivors (as proof of the scene) BUT GOD! Vengeance is God's own, you all may beat the law but you all will get your punishment.

This sure would be a lot simpler to decipher if the cops had on their body cams like they're supposed to. Nothing the police say makes any sense. Everything Walker says is consistent from the physical evidence. In the beginning, the police there was NO video from that night, months later we get come video. We also have a blank incident report. They also find her EMT jacket and they seem to be shocked. How are they conducting surveillanve but they don't know anything about her. Now somehow the police the man who is legally protecting the apartment is to blame.

There was a Hispanic man who allegedly shot 2 cops killing one in Houston a day or two ago you know what happened to him ? He's in jail, you know why he's in jail? Because he committed a crime. Truth is in this case the officers never announced themselves, they got it wrong and they get it wrong a lot of the times ,its more than likely that officer shot himself or one of his partners did .cops shoot themselves all the time ,they lie and blame someone else because they are embarrassed it happens all the time.
