13:55 I think speed moreso just has a different purpose when you're behind. When you're ahead, you can run at people, when you're behind, you can be a huge nuisance to the enemy team, it doesn't even necessarily have to be with you splitpushing. you can make it seem like you're an easy pick, just so the enemies keep chasing while your team is getting objectives
Since no one else has addressed it yet, I'll take a crack at it:
Running it down, in a non-league sense, means exactly what it says. You're hunting/chasing something with the intention of catching it (doesn't matter the purpose). Police run down a criminal. Mob bosses run down people who owe them money. You can run down an injured animal to assist it.
There's also the idea of being "run down", which is normally used to describe buildings/structures which are falling apart or just straight abandoned and are in need of some sort of restoration.
That cs was insane.

The thing about the helping others idea is that it actually is good and makes sense at first glance, but that's because even if you don't think so, humans are predisposed to group living and more often than not, help others. However, it would never work on a society that operates under an economic system that incentivizes you to take advantage of others in order to earn your living, where everyone is basically telling you at all times that you'll benefit yourself by harming others. If you take this system out of the picture, suddenly it looks a lot more doable... and that's because things like that already happen informally in a lot of small towns and communities, where people help each other without the expectation of anything back, just because they're part of a community, a neighborhood... any sort of group really.
Anyway, that's just my take on the whole thing. Hopefully you can understand what I mean, and that I mean no disrespect or anything like that.
