    Dear Wes,
Thanks a lot for so many amazing lessons. Your way of teaching is so encouraging!!. On top of that, your explanations are crystal clear, even for non-native speakers like me. I have been trying to access your secret lesson, but unfortunately, I couldn´t reach it. I plan to enroll in Speak Up as soon as my schedule lets me do so. I just wanted to let you know that you are a terrific teacher!!. Best regards,

What's up is a very informal way of greeting, so you should not to say to your boss since you both don't have the enough friendship.

    In Brazil we say.
    E aí?
    Como vai?
    Tudo bom?
In my city, we have some particular Ways to say HI:
    For example:

Hi, Wes! It was a good lesson. I understand why you contract and use the schwa to make the sentences longer but I guess the shortened form of what's up as sup is just too bad. You know I met a few people in California who told me, they don't like Australians because they shorten everything like afternoon: arvo. But Americans are doing the same with what's up, don't you think?
