I like how when I first got the 2013 Gamers edition of Guinness World Records I immediately realized it was the one and only Nightram65 and he's one of my favorite UA-camrs because of his collection of Mario and other gaming stuff and I'm surprised that almost everyone commenting here are not familiar with him because he's popular with alot of people mostly and I honestly had no idea this video existed until now which is what I like about looking things up online and man this brings back memories!
DDDDAAAAANNNG. I think it's really inspiring to see someone take their hobby this far. It's such an impressive level of dedication and I commend this man for having that level of dedication.
WANT!!!! That is truly flipping awesome, and it makes my collection look tiny! You should make a museum, where people can look at all this cool stuff, or make a web sight to list all the stuff! SO MUCH AWESOME!
Woah. Very impressive. And here I was awfully proud of all my game stuff. I'm surprised I didn't see any pokemon, however. That franchise alone could get you 8000+ items haha!
Ever since the first Super Mario Bros. for the NES was released, most major stores (Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart etc.) have carried Super Mario Bros. merchandise. There are hundreds of other Super Mario items in Nintendo's famous mascot's life time, giant wall decals, duct tape, water bottles, lunch boxes, apparel, backpacks, school supplies, plush toys, figurines, jewelry, bed sets, party supplies, even a Super Mario 64 A.M./F.M. Portable Radio. Below are just some of the items available to buy off the internet or at a local store.
Does anyone remember those Mario miniatures which were out in around 2007. You could get a 12 pack with Mario, Luigi, Wario, Waluigi, Peach, Daisy, Yoshi, Toad, Bowser, Boo, Goomba and a Koopa Trooper. I loved playing around with the mini-figures they released.
That Boshi is part of the Super Mario RPG plush set, probably the rarest set of videogame merch in existence. The known set consists of Mario, Yoshi, Boshi, a super mushroom, and a power star. I say "known" because a set sheet was never released for this set and they had no paper tags. A Mallow plush has shown up on Yahoo Japan Auctions only twice in 20 or so years. Only those two pictures of it exist and they're both from obscured angles. They were from a time where custom plushes weren't very common and they were in collections lots with other rare mario plushes which leans into their credibility. The winners of those two auctions have never come forward publicly. It's theorized that a Geno plush may also exist, but there's no evidence of it. If you're interested in learning more about rare video game memorabilia, check out Nightram56 (the guy featured in this video) or PatMac's youtube channels. Nightram talks about the merch from the perspective of someone who owns it and talks a little about their history, while PatMac will give you a full blown history lesson and review. Both are super passionate about collecting and are a lot of fun to listen to.
Best movie ever kid asks him if he has Mario (for some reason) man says come inside boy becomes his protege boy gets skilled at Mario goes to championship wins and sees him the end
I'd have to ask this guy if he ever got the Donkey Kong in a cage toy when Donkey Kong Jr. was release in the arcades back in the early 80's. We had a small toy store back then called 'Toy Kingdom' and that was the first video game related toy I owned. It was a stuffed gorilla with a decent length of brown hair in a plastic cage and... I can't remember if you pressed a button or a leaver, but once activated Donkey Kong would break out of his cage. The whole thing must have been about 9 inches to a foot (or slightly more) tall. I loved that thing as a kid but then again I was an arcade junky in the early 80's and 90's.
Hi There, I'm wondering if you find it neccessary to wash your hands before touching the items or to seal your items away from dust or sunlight to protect from degradation? I'm nervous to touch my collectibles and wondering what others do? Thanks for your response.
Man, I wish I could have like 1/10 of the stuff you have (preferably Mario and Zelda stuff) :)) ..and lol, imagine cleaning the dust :DD everthing looks spotless though
