ich kann von parallel stattfindenden Arbeiten sicher sagen (Video folgt), dass nur bei Flut gearbeitet wird. Bei Ebbe würde der Ponton schräg liegen und die Maschinen wären nicht sicher. Rechtzeitig vor der Ebbe wir der Ponton in die Mitte des Fleets gezogen, wo entweder genügend Wasser zurück bleibt um waagerecht zu liegen, oder wo der Untergrund eine sichere Liegeposition bietet, je nachdem wie niedrig die Ebbe ausfällt. Wenn die Ebbe mittags eintritt, bedeutet das eine Zwangspause für die Arbeiter.
