it use current mode smps controller SMD code FF-K14, it receives vcc voltage 22.8 VDC at vcc pin, it is green mode energy saver IC, TL431 adjustable zener regulator is used to drive PC817, which provides feedback to SMPS PWM controller IC. this IC drives 4N60 MOSFET to drive transformer primary winding. this video covers PSAA30R-560 56 Volt 0.54 Amp and it will also helpful in following circuit designs, you can get idea with minor changes in the diagram for other designs:-

it have Auto-restart without damage in over current condition. for voltage feedback it uses TL431 and PC817, to drop voltage for TL431 it uses 39 Volt Zener regulator
