I really liked your technique for cleaning the kamado out. I never thought of rotating the divider plate. Kind of an unrelated question, but what do you find yourself using more, the big or small Goldens’?
Hey Zach. Sometimes it’s not easy to rotate but most of the time it is. I use them about the same really… maybe the larger one if I counted but not by much. Take care Zach.
