My ascension symptoms the last few days: Nerve pain, tight spine, very tight calves to the point of limping, sore teeth & gums, gums inflamed to where I bite my cheek while eating, this morning I actually checked to see if my teeth were shifting, itchy irritated eyes, had to actually buy some cooling eye drops, sleeping a lot more, waking up with that mix of energy & still feeling like I could sleep more, appetite changes, body rejecting food I used to be able to eat, and needing to drink lots of water.

You know what , I found your channel in 2020 I think as I was waking up.. moved onto random others or watched different videos from various peeps, but straight away I just knew and know who is or isn’t authentic, then I don’t bother watching it.. I never left u, but at that time I knew u we’re guiding newly awakened people and they needed your channel and your guidance.. as u had helped me massively when I first woke up.. I think you were feeling how I was feeling and I think we went through a dark night of the soul together in a way.. but u gave me comfort in those times.. this last week though I’ve found myself gravitating towards your videos again as I feel it’s helping with all these new emotions and feelings quite evident lately.. even my awake next door neighbour and my ex who is/was whatever my best friend also awake .. he didn’t get a choice with me 😂 but we’ve all separated this last couple of weeks.. no real reason but needing to concentrate on our selves & ride alone I guess through these dense and hard emotional energies .. I totally get it now.. I get why we are reclused and I’m actually feeling so much better for relying on myself right now.. obviously with your help and all the epic high vibes comments .

I once painted a lighthouse. It was my favorite painting because it came so easy and came out so beautiful. I can never paint of my own accord, it has to be inspired - in spirit. Then one day a friend noticed there was no light shining from it. it took me a long time to understand... On the original canvas I had painted the demons I saw as a child when I closed my eyes at night and right away I covered up that painting and the lighthouse came forth. A couple years ago i became afraid of what was underneath that lighthouse and burnt the painting, my favorite painting, in my fire pit. I hope some day I may paint another one with light actually coming from it. I don't know why i wrote this, but lighthouse is a word that keeps striking me lately.
for several months now I have a very sore jaw that feels out of alignment, eyes are blurry like there's something in them, 3 days ago I was feeling light headed and dizzy and my brother also. I'm loosing weight and my appetite is much less and mostly for only really healthy foods, my legs ache a lot for no apparent reason, and in spite of all this I feel fantastic...better than ever.
