The Unlimited Summons is a brand new event where you can acquire hero from a single 10 pull. Each pull can include: ➢ Any Awakened Hero (excluding Eugene) - 1 copy ➢ Any Celestial/ Hypogean - 1 copy ➢ Any Four Faction Hero - 2 copies
You can get 4 select heroes total that you would like. That is very difficult to get and most likely 1000s of rerolls to get that perfect combination. I would recommend going for 2 out of the 4 heroes. So for a brand new account I would go for Awakened Belinda/ A Athalia/ A Shemira. A Belinda is used in most if not all game modes. She is extremely effective even at lower ascension levels. She is used in NC, CR, PVP, PVE and many more. For celestial and hypogean heroes, Liberta, Lavatune and Daemia are extremely powerful. Liberta > Lavatune. Both are extremely powerful and flexible in which team they can be put in. Liberta has the added advantage of becoming your main damage dealer and your best support when invested in. The last two heroes are up to you. I wouldn’t worry too much about the last two. Just save the reroll until you are happy with it.
I think you need to be above chapter 16-1 to open the event but I'm not 100% sure. In the event rules or the patch notes it does not say the minimum requirements. I would highly recommend pushing to chapter 20, so that it can unlock for you. The event lasts for 44 days. I wish you best of luck.

Hey I did get the event and manage to get 1 awakened hero but when I confirmed my pull I checked my inventory and nothing can’t find them.
The Awakened hero will appear as a chest in your bags. You can open the chest at 20-1

@@Rykor oh so I was able to do the unlimited summons I just couldn’t get the awakened till 16-1.
You will get the awakened hero in a chest that will be in your mailbox. You will be able to open the chest at 16-1
