Doing an undertale genocide run sure takes a DETERMINED soul. But if you choose the dark road.... you're gonna have a bad time.

Anyways, again, THANKS SO MUCH for the ~100 subs! I say "~" (or rather type) because I currently have 97 (now 98 as of making the thumbnail [and 100 as of 2 hours after this posted!!!]) as I upload this and have been gaining rapidly enough I may have 100 the day after this goes up. Thanks, and I love you all.
Next up is the Neutral, which will most likely be only Metal Crusher, ASGORE (My personal favorite track), and Your Best Nightmare/Finale, which I have some shenanigans planned for. }:)
(I tried to put an evil face there but UA-cam told me I can't put brackets in the description, even though I had tried to put a side caret, [which I had to look up how to spell {also I'm punctuating this sentence like a math equation but I DON'T CAARRE}] so I just put in an actual bracket to show UA-cam who's boss. I should probably shut up now.)

the saddest part of the genocide run is thinking about the intentions of the bosses when they fought you.
Toriel was trying to protect you from the monsters, but learned that you were the one who should be protected from.
Papyrus spent his last living moments believing in you, even after you decapitated him.
Undyne wasn't only defending the monsters, but humanity as well. She spent her final fight defending those she considered enemies.
Mettaton knew he wasn't going to survive, but he wanted to be himself in his final moments.
Sans wanted everything to end. The resets, your path of destruction. He just wanted his brother back.
Asgore didn't even get to fight you. All he wanted was peace for himself and the monsters.
And Flowey died staring into the eyes of his best friend.

In the Genocide run, Mettaton wasn't worthless. He did deserve a boss theme, and he had a very important purpose in Alphys' plan. He died giving the others time. He does have a fight. You fight against him for the whole Genocide run, as he slows down your process of killing everyone. Mettaton was a true hero, who died protecting everything he had, only to get what he didn't deserve: a death caused by non other than you, the player, who decided to choose that path.

Attacks: Stronger usual. Super flash- almost all of the attack zone is white. Hide in the black zone. Flame walls- creates walls of flames that move around. Stronger forms of Photoshop flowey's SOUL attacks. Usage of SOUL forms combined with attacks, exept yellow and green. Usage of KARMA poison and no damage invincibility frames.

Soul colors:
-Yellow
-Green
-Red
-Blue
Attacks:
-Power of the underground: Gaster blasters swarm the sides of the bullet box as spears and bombs fly at you. Yellow soul used.
-Bad Time: Mettaton and Undyne's attacks mimic various Sans battle fragments while Sans fires extra unexpected bones. Blue or Red soul used.
-Death by NEO: Undyne and Sans attack with spears and bones from the side of the bullet box while Mettaton fires various attacks that follow the soul. Red soul used.
-Battle Against Justice: Undyne throws spears and reverse bullets at the player while Mettaton and Sans charge a stronger attack. Green soul used.
-Regular attack: Mettaton throws in boxes and legs, Undyne throws in spears that follow the player, and Sans uses 2-4 Gaster Blaster attacks. Yellow soul used.
-Cannon Fire: Mettaton and Sans fire blasts into the box as Undyne uses larger spears. Red or blue soul used.
-Final Moments: Mettaton, Sans, and Undyne use familiar attacks as well as the newer ones. (Mettaton's are Mettaton Ex, and Undyne is pacifist Undyne.) Fusion of green and yellow, or green and blue. Final attack
Special Items:
-Scarf Fragment: Will lower Undyne's attack by 15 and stops Sans karmic retribution for 3 turns.
-Mystery Key: Will lower Mettaton's defence by 10 for the rest of the battle.
-Any MTT brand food: Will increase Mettaton's attack by 10 for that turn.
-Cold Spaghetti: Will increase Undyne's attack by 10 for the rest of the fight.
I also should mention that mashup is playing. I really love it and it's what inspired me to write this.

Stratagy- Sans and MN dodge all attacks. Kill undyne first to allow a long time within the battle to eventually kill sans, and MTT will be sad for having ABSOLUTLY no fans and then loses his arms and legs like with MEX. he says a "6 hour speech" to stall you, but he runs out of things to say. Hit him again and he dies at last!
Aftermath: they all die and chara is absolutely happy with you. She gives you two choices: TRUE reset or SOFT reset. Pick TRUE, she jumpscares and says "SIENCE WHEN WERE YOU IN CONTROL?!?". Soft and then she says "heh. Let's do that again some time.

Sans-Does everything he can to stop you even if he knows he will die no matter what. He wants you to end it with a bad time
Mettaton Neo-Wants to live like himself for once.
Also like if ya think Mettaton Neo deserves a better battle if there ever is a Undertale sequel.
There could be one in deltarune chapter 2, but I think in deltarune chapter 2 there will be new boss fights instead.

holy yes just realized the ACT and MERCY buttons are the color of Frisk's SOUL in that bosses attacks
and the ITEM and FIGHT buttons are the color the boss turns your SOUL
and MTT NEO has black because nobody keeps him alive long enough to see any of his attacks

Mettaton NEO was a good boss to see, but when you realize that the reason he tries so hard to keep the world shining and make it live on not only for his own use, but for everyone else's as well.

Currently doing a genocide run and I still haven't beat Undyne.
Sans took me about 20 tries

Sans only took me 126 tries and cries before i beat him

Look up and memorize the algorithms (for the green soul parts). That's the only way I did it
All these references to hearts being one is referring to the final battle where Asriel unites everyone's' souls. Kinda neat to suppose what they've been saying really does come true.
Well, it's also a reference to corny lines in shounen anime, Undyne's favourite.

This is GREAT!!!
I just realized that Battle Against a True Hero and Mettaton NEO sounded the same.
A lot of the music in Undertale are "remixes" of previous songs in the game. As an example, Dummy!!!, Ghost Fight and Spider Dance are "remixes" of each other I think, since the all have pretty much the same melody.
It's literally the same notes, but more staccato and with less echo.

The Genocide run is almost justified, when you think about it. From Toriel practically kidnapping you, to Papyrus straight up attacking you with giant bones, etc. The only thing that makes it evil is Shyren, who doesn't try to encounter you.
