i feel like there are so many better units than debrah in that AO, for example any atk bar reseter lets you go with more dmg on hanwul and your tiana can lap for her skill 2. that is way more dmg than debrah passive
Im running an alicia cleave in c3/g1 rta and as you figured out alicia doesn't get the turn if it freezes cami. It also doesn't get a turn if it freezes abellio, and abellio self cleanses through his passive. I'm not even sure if this is a bug or supposed to happen but its annoying.
I think it's intentional for some reason. Her s3 says "if the enemy dies or is frozen after the attack." Even though they are frozen during the attack, once the attack is over (aka after the attack) they are no longer frozen. Super weird but kind of makes sense?
