Thank you so much for everything. I took the real estate exam twice and both times I scored 73. I decided that I was not going to focus on the book anymore I started watching your webinars. I was up last night till 4:30 or 5 watching you. Took the exam at 10 am this morning and boooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

nop... it is harder than this videos! I know there's like 5 different exams or so. I was feeling ready, but there was many questions I didn't know... may be if you directly to his pages would give you more and complete info. to study, obviously you have to pay! so what I did is that I went back to the broker I'm going to be working for and they are giving me more tools for this time for sure pass it! good Luck!

joe im sitting in my car outside of the testing site filled with tears of joy after passing the third time taking this exam! there is absolutely no way i could have done it with out your webinars! i swear to all people preparing for the exam listening to the webinars did more for me than practice exams, peace and blessings joe!

You keep saying in your videos that a BI-LATERAL contract is, for example, a Listing Contract, that is incorrect! A listing contract is a UNILATERAL contract. Only the seller "has to perform" and pay a commission if
the house is sold by the broker. The broker "does not have to sell the
house" if there are no buyers. Only the seller has to perform;
unilaterally.
Hi Bill, thanks for your response however I recommend you do some more research on the subject. In a bilateral contract, a promise from one person is made in exchange for a promise from another person.In a exclusive listing agreement, the seller promises to pay the broker a commission provided that the broker is able to sell his home under certain terms. The broker in turn promises to use diligence in attempting to find a buyer for the property under terms that are acceptable to the seller. A open listing may be able to be considered unilateral. However that is not the common residential listing agreement.

I'm confused as to why this video tutorial seemed to end before getting to the end of this vocabulary list, and why so many terms were skipped? Hmmm?
Because it would be impossible to go over all the terms in the time allotted for the person. So I need to pick and choose in that time frame.
How exactly does that work?

Chain of Title AND Abstract of Title seem the same. What am I missing in regards to a possible Exam question
Tim Lassiter abstract of title is the summery and chain of title is the history of all ownership.

Second tell yourself you know this and will pass. 3rd Take a different approach to whatever your doing now, make a change like write everything down over and over it'll sink in a lot better. Studies shown people who write things down more often over and over tend to be able to memorize things much faster which is about 85% more
HANIBAL CRUZ, I don't understand why she is being criticized for asking for help. All the positive thinking you are saying she should have will not help if she is having a difficult time passing the exam. Everyone learns differently and perhaps PrepAgent can find a way to help her pass the test.
READ YOUR TEXT BOOK 100 times if that's how much you need it to read in order to learn anything .Don't watch some worthless videos.
Hi Carmen, I hope you have passed by now but I would disregard everyones comments except for s seals 2. You got this, I also had to take it a few times and good things don't come easy. Be patient and study your vocab, until your scoring at least 80% on your vo cab then you can move onto the questions.
