hi, so I have a nicop and my current (Out of pak) and permanent (Pak) address are different to where I am actually living right now. What am I supposed to enter in the Permanent and Address in the country outside pakistan?
Write your permanent address as per your NIC and your present address as well.

If you already have a domicile, you cannot apply for a new one. You can visit the nearest office and apply for a duplicate domicile.

It is mandatory by the department to upload the certificate. In case you have a marksheet, you can upload it and mark it as received by yourself instead of home delivery. If there are any objections, you can visit the office to clear them and then get your Domicile Certificate/PRC.
