Nice video, I bought a New Camera CP-UNC-TA21PL3, and found issues initializing and these were trouble shooting tips. - The camera default IP address did not show up on the IP Finder ! _ Manual says 192.168.1.250 - However if you already have another camera assigned to that IP then this gets confusing. - Next default is 192.168.1.108 My problem is that neither of the IPs showed up when I connected to the network. My initialization was thru IP finder tool. The initialization of IP camera in my case was not connected to the NVR as shown in this video. However it was thru a separate IP network. - In order the camera be recognized by the network - it has to be in the same subnet. i.e the network has to be in 192.168.1.x network, So if you have a 192.168.29.x network and the camera is connected - then the IP finder on your PC fails to detect it. - The IP finder still does not detect the camera ( as told by the service center ) One has to use KVMS Pro on PC ( as told by service center ) - So far I have not been able to initialize ( the IP Finder "search" has 192.168.1.0 to 192.168.1.255 - this fails - so I tried the x.x.29.0 to x.x.29.255 ) - this fails as well. The Live Chat applet with CPPlus is disabled - so it's not easy to get to someone to talk, The number to reach out - is also hard - I was caller number thirty at 3 PM .... Check before you buy this product if it's compatible with your NVR etc.
Can you please do a video how to do it - using IPFinder for people who have hundreds of Cameras and hard to detect the newly added Camera ( also troubleshooting tips )
