8:06 You can find any neck collars (the Belt icon tab) that are color customizable to white that can cover the excess upper-tie. For example Super Long Scarf - D and Shrink its size to small to even out as a neck collar.

Cool design i usually do a custom of my characters sense i used to draw one thing i like to do is use rgb color coding sense the game uses that for the coloring of the outfits and other things you would have to color including skin
