I don't think there is any expiry date

@@SethDarkoAgyemang please i wanted to but it's rather unfortunate I've taken a GRMN loan so a colleague was like due to that my clearance will be delayed so I shouldn't have done it.
so that's why I became confused whether to submit and print or not .

Good day Mr Seth Darko....Please i filled the form and sent it to MOH for submission but i was asked to provide some supporting documents. al of which are easy to get except for the proof of payment....thy said a receipt appears on the portal after making payment and that it should be printed and attached to the form for submission. I seem not to find any receipt of the sort.....Can you help me with this?

What if you are still at the same department you are working after your first training, then what do you write as the end date because there's no option like to present date

I learnt you can use the staff ID for your biometric registration during service since you are not given one yet.
Please am done registering ...but when I press continue there an info that tells me my email and number has already been taken ..but both pops up
