Fifteen is the new rising star in the Yau Tsim Mong district, deeply in love with Ah Sai, while Millennium B, whom he considers as a brother, secretly admires her. However, Fifteen is imprisoned for three years after being severely injured by his enemy. Fire, the leader, promotes Millennium B to a higher position, but Ah Sai loses an eye while resisting Fire's advances. After Fifteen is released from prison, he decides to live a normal life with Ah Sai. Fire, wanting to eliminate a potential threat, orders Millennium B to kill Fifteen, but coincidentally discovers that Ah Sai is now with him, which drives him to irrationality. As a result, the pursuit leads to the tragic death of their own mother. Millennium B regains his senses and joins forces with Fifteen to fight against their common enemy.
