I have redmi k50i and gcam experience is bad on mediatek phones. Viewfinder lags, sometimes ahots are captured after a delay of 3-4 seconds(sometimes more). I would never buy a mediatek phone again only due to this.

S23 Ultra supports GCAMS, although it doesn't need it mostly, it's already a beast.... But you said S23 Ultra doesn't have camera2api, it actually has it...
