Loose Talk - a show that was probably loved by nearly everyone, there's no surprise that Moeen Akhtar and Anwer Maqsood made sure that their audience would stay glued to their TV screens, unable to control their hard and loud laughing fits. Moin Akhtar was a great actor and Anwar Maqsood is a great writer. They both complement each other. No doubt we love them both
The best thing about their humor is the way they depicted common men and their peculiarities with such brilliant role plays. Not just the acting, the script played a huge part in creating top notch humor and Anwar Maqsood must also be credited as he wrote all those skits and conceptualised how these normal interviews would be so funny with all those 1 liners and rejoinders given by Moin Akhtar. Their combo was just too good.
When he plays a character, it becomes so alive and unforgettable. Many people today try to copy him but fail. He is truly a legend.

When Moin Akhtar was at the top, there were not many shows in India where Pakistani comedians were coming. He was too big to be a participant in reality shows. In one show, Shakil Siddiqui said that a channel had asked him to request Moin Akhtar to do a Shekhar Suman type talk show for a very heavy amount. By that time Moin Akhtar did not want to travel.
In the 80s and the 90s, Moin was the host of a lot of Bollywood shows happening around the world. On youtube, you can find him with Dilip Kumar in Dubai as well as Mithun, Madhuri and Govinda. In another interview, Moin said that the biggest show he did was for Mithun in some African country (I have forgotten the country name). Moin had mentioned that Mithun had specially requested that Moin host that show
