雖然我是用胖胖的絲瓜，白色綿的地方去掉一些，其它都照著方法做，也好吃
I just tried this. Wow! It's very delicious. It didn't know I'd eaten loofah before. Last time I had it, I thought "this is the best zucchini I've ever eaten!" I'll make it again. It's a very refreshing dish for hot weather.

絲瓜會發黑只是你放太久不處理，正常切完泡鹽水根本不會有這問題，麻煩先補充一下基本常識再來拍片，而且調味的配料口味太重了，蔥薑蒜都放完全搶掉了絲瓜原本順滑清爽的口感和味道，更不要說油也用的太多了，油膩感太重，你這樣與其做絲瓜，不如去做小龍蝦算了。
他們是在吃調味料 不是吃絲瓜
人家做个菜，有问题你补充就是了，没必要讥讽。再说仁者见仁，智者见智，人家出了这么多菜的节目，有几个能比过他的？
