Palawan must be the best province in the Philippines. People are super nice and honest. Cant wait to visit there again someday. Puerto, ElNido and Coron perfect trip!
The Haims chicken is a must, for it was as stated in the video, part of their childhood. Is it really delicious? It is good. My local friends from Southern Palawan would never use the fish sauce on the chicken though and they used to be fishermen. Because i though the fish sauce for the Inato is a Palawan thing. The Baker's Hill seem to be a thing for tourist only. Its not close to the city proper. What local people eat, which can be made interesting is the Chao Long places. It would be interesting to hear about how the Chao Long of Palawan compares to the Pho of Vietnam. Probably the best Chao Long shop is the one that has branches in the mall. As for their Carenderia, it is just like the ones in Cebu and Manila.
