Thank you for the concise explanation: very useful!
Such a great way to cut down on file size when you have many duplicate objects. I've used Rhino since 2003 and never utilized this until now. Thanks for the video!
Thanks Nick, I am glad it was helpful!
Very clear! This really helps the project I've been working on at school!
Thanks Dong

Awesome!!!!
Your awesome 😮
sweet ! i never knew this and ive been using rhino since 2009 lol
Does it take up less memory as well?
Good work, as usual.
What is the best way to file and manage blocks, libraries, to use in future projects?
I would probably use folders that follow the construction master format 2004 and use the AIA layer standards for layer colors and line weights.
Or if your familiar with how the Revit family folders work, or the people on your office know that system then use that one.
omg i've been working with rhino for like 8 years now and noone ever told me about this… i feel sooooo stupid rn.
can you tell me after creating the block i insert same block with different scaling, is there any command exist by which text (number) in the block automatically changed to desired number?
Hi Sprinter, unfortunately I don't think this can be achieved within a block as by their nature they are all exactly the same. You could potentially achieve this by using a dimension contained outside of the block however
could you share the file from this
