The timing of this is unbelievable! I woke up feeling like death, and I have to accompany four soloists today at a contest!

Thanks for playing at our festival, Josh! Definitely a highlight and something we’ll never forget! It was fun to hear how you worked through the difficulties of being there. Definitely a sacrifice for you, and we’re grateful.

I don't have any response related to this video, however I still wanted to thank you for all the information you have willingly given us, for free, on your channel, Josh. As a beginner pianist it is immensely helpful, and also motivating as I rarely get stuck on things thanks to your advice :)

Get well soon and thank you. I get sick so easily and I’m having a live competition in a few weeks and I try to never lessen my practice time.

I have some tips about eczema/psoriasis,
First, you said sea salt baths help a lot,
I go between Florida and Georgia and I've come to realize, living near a beach is one of the healthiest decisions you can make.
Just being in florida, I don't get asthma attacks, my skin condition (and even normal acne) also goes away in florida,
Even my hair takes on a higher quality when I'm there,
I've since decided tropical weather is where I'm going to settle down,
Everyone on the planet has been moving to coasts lately anyways,
And this might not cure all of you, (I get psoriasis when i eat eggs, but I never had that issue in florida) it can be dry skin, allergy, a combination of the two, etc. We are all so different,)

Hi Josh, I'm sorry you are not feeling well and I sure hope you are on top of your game really soon! I have jittery leg syndrome which keeps me awake at night spoiling my next day and so I will try to buy some salt from The Dead Sea and see if it helps better than the sea salt in hot water. Would you get that from a health store or can you buy it online? In 1988 my Aunt brought me on a trip to the Holy Land and I put my foot in The Dead Sea! All the best and I hope you are completely better soon. Take care, Brian

The timing. I have some severe inflamation in both of my eyes and I can't really see properly, so maybe I will practise a little bit :D

You can try caffeine when sick, there are pros and cons so you'll see both websites that say it's good or bad when you are sick
First, caffeine withdrawals or any withdrawal can make sickness exaggerated, (avoid drinking 6-8hours before bed, yada yada)
I don't use caffeine for recovery, but if I have to be somewhere public and I have no choice,
I will consume a warm caffeine drink, black coffee, no sugar, maybe a spoon full of honey
What caffeine seems to do is overclock our bodies, but if we don't have the proper nutritional foundation it might just make you drowsy (which can be good, if you have time to rest I guess, rest is best)
But, if you want to hide your symptoms, caffeine is probably the most effective,
    Caffeine,
Before I leave, if I have bad sinuses and I'm worried about running nose,
Chili oil, every time, clears sinuses.
You can make a sinus clearing concoction, using chili oil, a little bit of honey, and something to chew on,
Something chewy, I usually like ginger candy, since it's spicy and makes my stomach feel real good
Chewing on something flexes a lot of your face muscles, which helps to clear sinuses,
A hot shower obviously will help with this,
I would combine all of these methods, and eat the spicy food in the shower hahaha,
I'm not joking really, the steam, chewing spicy food, and then having caffeine to go,
It's the most awake I can get my body, and masks my symptoms
