Catching up after a bit of an absence. You guys are fabulous, and your content is better than ever. Keep up the great work! Don't bother going to Indiana University, Bloomington {where I got my undergraduate degree) for a football game, unless you have a great sense of humor and especially like the Keystone Kops, but if you want to have a real blast, head on out to Reno, Nevada and catch a University of Nevada Wolfpack football game. It's where I got my graduate degree, and back in the day they were a perennial Division II powerhouse. About 35 years or so ago, they moved up to Division I, and have, at various times, been ranked as high as #13 nationally, but more importantly, they take their football as seriously as anybody, particularly when playing in-state rival UNLV for the Fremont Cannon or conference rival Boise State for bragging rights. Besides that, Reno and Lake Tahoe in the fall are spectacular destinations, and great RV spots are everywhere. I have retired to Oregon but try to get down there for a game when I can.
Come to Seattle and take in a Washington Huskies game. One of the most beautiful stadium settings, overlooking Lake Washington with the Cascade range in the distant background. Many folks take a waterborne approach to tailgating, private boats and charters anchor just outside the stadium and come ashore for the game
My Papa graduated from University of Alabama in 1930’s masters chemistry and one thesis away from masters in mathematics. He then moved to Washington DC to work for the government where he met my Grandma. Government moved them to SLC Utah to work on the Colorado River project . We are faithful Bama fans. He grew up in Mobile. Thanks for this awesome video! I hope Seemore is all fixed.
Love this series! I've worked in Ttown for over 5 years (yes while living in Bham and yes that was a rough commute), I've been to a couple of games (yes while wearing the big A but just couldn't say the RT words lol). Wonderful campus, great party, great traditions; they do football well. And that was definitely a gorgeous camping spot! Safe travels.
Love this series! RIP Jimmy Buffet, a sad sad day for these Parrot Heads😢 Oregon Ducks in Eugene Or! Or the Beavers in Corvallis OR would be fun stops for you two! Enjoy!
Great idea! Looking forward to this ride! BTW, JB was and is a part of my “attitude” as I grew up on a southernly “latitude”! Grew up in south FL and went to Tulane…….go Green Wave!
I was accepted to Tulane law school, but ended up attending university of North Carolina at Chapel Hill mainly due to cost. I know it would be an incredible experience to attend Tulane. We will definitely head there for a game someday.
Welcome back to ALABAMA- ROLL TIDE - we moved here from Colorado in January but I grew up in NY - all my old friends from NY asked why Alabama- we came here to camp and fell in love with the locals- super friendly and our town - 9000 residents 🍻
Didn't know you had started this series until I spotted your Tennessee vid. I'm subscribed but don't get notifications. Deerlick Creek looks like a beautiful campground, may have to pay it a visit.
I think this will be a great series. Thanks for showing us around Tuscaloosa. And now I know where you got your "professional" comedic start. Jimmy will live on with his music.
As a Georgia fan who is married to a Bama fan, I really appreciate this video. We'd love for you to come to Athens. You can even park that gorgeous Airstream on our property!
Just like The UT in Austin, gameday is big business and a very big deal. My Horns are rolling in this coming Saturday for just another game for the Tide. I am assuming it will be Roll Tide but hopefully colorful and exciting. Look forward to seeing your other Fall football destinations. Safe travels.
Sean and Kristy, enjoyed meeting you guys on the quad. The only thing to make it better would have been if Kristy's dad would have been there as I would enjoy a long talk with him. About 5 years ago on a game weekend I heard what sounded like a bicycle playing card on a 12 yo Joe's spokes and then a loud clunk from one of my red generators that was paralleled with it's twin. Looked at my buddy standing next to me and said, "that ain't good". Because of watching Kristy's dad break your blue generator down I dug into it when I got home knowing I wouldn't be as lucky. A broken connecting rod was my culprit and $50 would buy a new piston and connecting rod. Because of Sean's review of a Champion generator I decided to go with more watts and remote start. It performed as Sean had said so I ordered another and a parallel kit and now I can run both A/Cs and the microwave simultaneously. Thanks for what you guys do and tell Champion you sold at least 2 generators and parallel kit. And Roll Tide to you and especially my AU friend Kristy. Joe
I enjoyed your Bama video. Ty Simpson the sophomore QB is a family member tho not close do we have much interest these days. We are rooting for great success for this very talented young man and for the crimson Tide. I have followed you for several years and live the very well done videos you bring to us. We are getting on in years and felt it best to sell our beloved fifth wheel that we enjoyed 14 winters in AZ and others adventures as well. Good times don’t last forever. We still enjoy a Virgo almost as much. But keep living vicariously thru your adventures. God bless keep on moving!👍🏻❤️🙏
Thanks Gary, more to come. We are rooting for Ty also. Unfortunately Alabama’s season is off to a shaky start, but I think young Mr Simpson may be uniquely positioned to help! Thanks for your kind post and all of your loyalty over the years. I look forward to sharing more fun experiences with you in the future. Cheers and here’s wishing for the best for Ty.
I’ll add a vote for you visiting the university that Paul “Bear” Bryant coached at just before going to Alabama, Texas A&M. I didn’t go to school there, but I have gotten to go games at Kyle Field and I think y’all will enjoy the tradition and pageantry there!
Good morning Sean & Kristy your right near were both of my oldest two children live . Hope y'all had a great time at the football game. My Dad was born in Alabama one of 21 children , back in those day's needed allot of kids to help around the farm. Take care safe travels to you both.
This is a GREAT idea and is going to be a hugely successful series! There was no doubt that Tuscaloosa would be the first stop in the series (sorry Kristy, but I's sure Auburn will be soon). I say a trip to LSU is a must!
We continue to live the RV dream on UA-cam. Now 77 we sold our 5th motor home this spring due to mobility issues. Love your new theme for this fall. Small town football at the university of Richmond, Virginia , could be a bit downsized but fun still the same ! Be safe !
Loved this! I am a Bama grad and actually grew up in T-town, as my dad was a professor. We have lived in GA for over 30 years, now, and have not been back to a game in a very long time. We have homecoming tix, though, and reservations at Lake Lurleen State Park. I hope our site is as pretty as yours was in that undisclosed location!
I’m so looking forward to this series I love American Football and being from Ireland I don’t get to see anything about college football. Love this channel
We’ll enjoy this series❣️. As Gators fans it’s difficult to say Roll Tide, but we’ll support any other SEC team as long as we’re not on the field with them. 😂. Besides my mom and grandmother were from Birmingham and my grandmother was a fraternity house mother at Auburn and later Alabama. So we’ll cut you both some slack. 🥰
Visit Ole Miss. Jimmy was born in MS and graduated from USM. He is our guy, back off bama 😂. Just kidding, he is missed by many. I’ve been humming his songs since hearing of his passing. Enjoyed the video and look forward to seeing the rest of this season. Safe travels!
So, we live in a big University town of Champaign -Urbana IL, University of Illinois. And game day is always special, but especially so it seems in Tuscaloosa...or for that matter about anyplace in Alabama! That Crimson Tide / Tiger rivalry is Legendary! Thats what makes hanging out on Lake Martin down there so special, as it seems everybody on the lake went to one of those schools! The second question after ''what Church you go to, is, Tide or Tiger?? ...Roll Tide! and Sail on Jimmy!
Good stuff. Been living here in Sacramento for years, but originally from Anniston and a big Bama fan. 2 relevant connections: our son went to Cal (& “loathed” USC) and currently drives a much older Ford 250 diesel. Appreciate your wry sense of humor and free-range travel tidbits. And, likewise, miss our “Margaritaville bro’ “ Jimmy Buffet.
If you find yourself in Columbus for a Buckeyes game Alum Creek State Park is probably the best spot for the camper! Hounddogs Pizza is a great spot to eat!
Stop by Jacksonville Alabama and enjoy the Friendliest Campus in the South. Jacksonville State University is an amazing place, and we have an amazing RV lot right next to our stadium.
Regarding your comment about religion, there may not be 100k people in 1 church on any given Sunday, but I can imagine there are far more people filling churches each week when you combine overall attendance of all the various churches in communities. Football, and other sports, bring people together in 1 place to watch a single game. If there were only a single religion and single statium church's in communities, then I'm sure they would exceed that of any football game.
True, and St. Peter’s Square is quite the happening on Christmas day. 😁 that was just an off the cuff observation based on the old joke about Alabamians and football 👍
Good video guys and great concept for the trip. I highly recommend The Ohio State on game day. I also recommend the Ohio state parks for your stay. Travel safe.
Love this idea! It's something my wife and I have been considering. Can't wait to see where your travels take you. Ann Arbor would be a great town to visit. You can park overnight in several places around the stadium. If you come, Zingerman's Deli and Crazy Jim's Blimpy Burger are just two of several must stops. You could turn around drive 45 minutes on Sunday and tailgate for a Lion's game the next day and watch several Bama standouts play, including Jahmyr Gibbs, Brian Branch, Isiah Buggs, and Jameson Williams (assuming he's back from his NFL suspension. lol). I would also suggest Iowa to see what I consider the best tradition in sports period - the teams and fans all turning to wave to the kids watching the game from the windows of UI Stead Family Children's Hospital at the end of the 1st quarter. If that doesn't choke you up you aren't human. Attending a "White Out" game at Penn State would be high on my list as well. The World's Largest Cocktail Party for Georgia - Florida would be great. And of course Army-Navy. One last thing. Roll Tide! and Go Blue!
University of Texas...Austin.hook'um horns. .Darrell Royal, Bevo, Eyes of Texas. The old SW Conference took football to another level. Hope you check those schools out.
Hi yall. Have you checked out Payne Lake. We go there most winters. Nice and secluded, but nice camp. The camp host used to be Ron. The last time we were there. Very nice guy. Hoping to get back to traveling again for the winters. Stay safe and GodBless.
I'd recommend going to a game day at West Point. It's a surprising tailgating experience and the Hudson Valley is beautiful. Also, game day in Manhattan, KS and staying at Tuttle Creek State Park is a favorite of our family too.
Great parking job in that narrow space! You should visit Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. Brown County State Park, also known as the “Little Smokies”, is located near by as well as Hoosier National Forrest. Beautiful area and great athletic traditions.
We so enjoyed the video. Y’all know you have to visit your neighboring state - Mississippi! Take your pick - Ole Miss, State aka Mississippi State or better yet Hail State, USM (where Jimmy Buffett also attended ) our family is a Heinz 57 - we have members who went to all of these plus Alabama (Roll Tide) and Auburn. Plus we will not mention those who crossed the border aka state line to the west of Mississippi to attend LSU and Aggieland aka Texas A&M. Choose any and it will be a party. Thanks for all the videos.
So much fun, people seem awesome. Makes me wanna go there to enjoy football game with the town.
Thanks. Been following you kids for quite a while. Always appreciate your efforts and willingness to share a part of your interesting lives.

Love your photography especially the drone video!

Thanks for your post! My sister has an undergraduate chemistry degree from U of Alabama as well. Seemore should be all patched up tomorrow.
Love the upgraded standard issue joke!😅😅
Enjoyed your video. Come to Ohio and root for the Buckeyes. It is magical. Lots of beautiful State Parks near by. Go Bucks!
Love the new series, what a great travel idea!
Glad you enjoy it! We are having fun with it. Refreshing to try something different 👍
LOVE THIS SERIES and the style for this season. Thoughtful messages along with the fun ♥️
The University of Tennessee! 😊
It's nice to go back and relive old memories. Those were the times as old habits and things don't change too much and to find your roots again.
No games today, but it’s a BEAUTIFUL Day at Gros Ventre.
Sorry we missed you - we’re in Tuscaloosa for the Texas game! Roll Tide!
I can’t say the RT words either! 😆🐅🦅
Looks like Deerlick Creek…one of our faves. Sounds like some fun times headed your way. Safe travels 😊
Love this series! RIP Jimmy Buffet, a sad sad day for these Parrot Heads😢 Oregon Ducks in Eugene Or! Or the Beavers in Corvallis OR would be fun stops for you two! Enjoy!

Texas A&M - lots of tradition, lots of spirit... and we always win halftime! Gig'em!
Enjoyed this video! Thanks for sharing.
Sean and Kristy, IMO you’re best offering to date👍🏻👍🏻

You need to stop in Stillwater, OK. Home of the Oklahoma State Cowboys, Eskimo Joes, and Bullet!
As a Georgia fan who is married to a Bama fan, I really appreciate this video. We'd love for you to come to Athens. You can even park that gorgeous Airstream on our property!

Living 9 miles from Athens, GA, well, you can guess who I am rooting for. But would love to see you guys come to Athens for a dawg game.
Loved this video, I am Canadian, but would love to see you visit Madison WI, where we spent 3 great years

Wow we passed by Tuscaloosa today on our way to Gunter Hill.
Would love it if you came to Kansas ... KU or K-State 😊 If you come this way, we would love to meet up!
You need to go to a Texas A&M game!
Interesting and nice video.
Awesome😀 Bama!

I admire Tim Tebow (who doesn't???). We just watched Swamp Kings. I can't wait to experience a Florida game in Gainesville!
Just a suggestion. Visit Notre dame, one of the most beautiful and traditional filled campus’s and football programs in the country.
Go, Gators! 😂🍻 We treat the other SEC teams the same way 🍻
We would love to see you visit The Ohio State!
You are starting my bucket list dream, go everywhere, great idea. Continue during basketball season also.
Y’all are back, glad to see it. Visit Lubbock, Texas and Texas Tech
I’m going to enjoy your new series. You’ll have to make it up to Happy Valley and see the Nittany Lions. 🏈🇺🇸🇮🇹
We enjoyed our stay at that “unnamed campground” as well. Go Bucks!
Really enjoyed this episode, rolling with the tide is what RVing is all about. Enjoy 😊

I'm glad to see you guys, thanks for your positive and interesting videos.
Always enjoy you two! Would love to see how the CU (University of colorado) buffaloes do things these days.
What a great theme. It will be interesting to see where you end up with this series. Go team!
What a great travel idea!!!!! Can't wait to follow the journey. Make sure you check out Madison WI UW!!
Thank you! Will do!

Sorry brother, sometimes my analytical brain kicks in and I make comments that it should probably keep to myself. Great video by the way
Good video guys and great concept for the trip. I highly recommend The Ohio State on game day. I also recommend the Ohio state parks for your stay. Travel safe.
WOW leave it to the OGs of rv videos to come up with this brilliant idea. We are really looking forward to more going forward. Thank you both.
You guys are living my dteam!
What a beautiful camp site. Gorgeous front lake property!
Grandson goes to Bama from State of GA. He loves the school.
West Va at Morgantown is insane on game day. A must do.
Great new series. Another college town is Columbia Mo. home of the Missouri Tigers MIZ-ZOU. You would also have to visit Shakespeare’s Pizza.
You should read the book "Tales from the Tailgates". The author has been to every college football stadium during games.
We stayed at that hideaway place in March this spring. Planned on 1 night but enjoyed the location we booked 3 more nights. It's a real gem
Come visit Happy Valley. Penn State, where God's sky box is always decorated in PSU colors Blue and White.
Love this idea! It's something my wife and I have been considering. Can't wait to see where your travels take you. Ann Arbor would be a great town to visit.
Wasn't sure about this new theme at first but what great content! I think this will be really good!
This was a lot of fun!!
Try coming north to Madison, WI to see the Badgers!
Love it Austin, TX
safe travels
Very cool new series! Come about 90 miles west of Tuscaloosa to MSU. I'll loan you some cowbells!
Love this channel…so much ugh for Bama! No Tide No! 😂 Go Dawgs! ❤️🖤
We made our first game day(Auburn) camping trip this weekend. Cool timing! Good video.
That’s awesome! We hope to make it to Auburn for the Iron Bowl. Just gotta find tickets that don’t cost 2 arms and a leg! 🤪
Hopefully they’ll be a video from the Plains…?
@@jasonmccoy8310 yes!!!
Beautiful campgrounds and the skybox was epic. Love me some Bama and Roll Tide till yall play my guys at Ole Miss Hotty Toddy.
Great parking job in that narrow space! You should visit Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. Brown County State Park, also known as the “Little Smokies”, is located near by as well as Hoosier National Forrest. Beautiful area and great athletic traditions.
