The freeze just gives Firefly more turns which I shouldn't need to explain why that's good

Much safer and easier especially for conundrum 12. And for OG Simulated Universe, I think Remembrance is just much better. With Divergent Universe's new blessings though.... Destruction + Firefly is mega broken!
