- How to make a wooden horse that can be used as a vaulting horse too. This DIY wooden horse or vaulting horse was a challenge for me, not having too much experience working with wood. This DIY woodworking idea was in the end a very nice woodworking project.

Dacă îl ții afara, doar o singura mana de grund/bait nu rezista, Scândurile vor absorbi apa. Ar trebui măcar 2 mani grund și 2 bait. Lacul se scorojeste la soare.

Hi! This is awesome! Can you tell me what angle you cut the top of the legs at? Also-how did you decide where to attach them relative to the circle piece?

I am is making this project for my EAGLE PROJECT for disabled kids who are afraid to ride the real horses at their therapy. So that the kids can get better acquainted with horses so that can ride the real horses. Is there a way to get a project list of materials and plans for me to follow
Hi here. There is a very nice thing to do. Here is a list of the materials that I have used:
Legs:
Front: 70mm x 45mm (width x depth)
Back: 70mm x 50mm (width x depth)
Length: 1 meter each
Body:
Slats: 13 pieces, 2 meters long, with dimensions of 60mm x 20mm
Body length: 1 meter
Wooden Panel/Glue Panel:
20mm thickness, and if possible, the thicker, the better.
You need a panel to cut out three round circles with a diameter of 480mm.
For the head:
Wooden panel of 30mm thickness with an additional 20mm wooden panel glued to both sides.

Unfortunately it is self made. I do not think there one like this to buy.

how big are the 3 circles?
so mine are 48cm, but the last plank needed to be smaller in wideness than the others. So if you are using Planks for the body 6cm wide you will need to cut circles with a diameter of 49,5-49,6cm, therefore the last plank might fit well or needs a bit taken off from its 6cm wideness. The best is the pit the last body plank at the bottom, like this it will not be noticeable if it is smaller or the space between it and the near one is wider. I hope it helped my explanation. 20mm Dicke. Wenn möglich, je dickere desto besser.
Man brauch eine Platte zum 3xRundkreise mit 480mm Durchmesser auszuschneiden (die Platte hatte ich schon gehabt)
Für den Kopf:
HOLZPLATTE 30mm mit zusätzlich 20mm beide Seiten drauf geleimt.
Ich hoffe es wird helfen und ich kümmere mich über eine saubere Materialliste in den Beschreibung hinzufügen.
