You know it’s been a long time since since I’ve been been able to play rec room. Actually up to a year maybe almost 2, the main reason why I don’t play this game anymore is because I don’t have the VR headset, the VR headset that I had was outdated so I decided to give it to my cousin. “Which is a Quest 3 by the way.” But once I get the new headset I will definitely get this game another shot, because I had some damn good memories in this game and I’m not about to let that go. As a matter fact I can give you one of my stories in the replies make sure to go down to the replies below if you wanna learn more.
Oh hi if you’re reading this then you’re wondering what the stories are?? Well don’t worry I will tell you.😊 Here is the first story “yes there’s going to be multiple stories.” In the year 2019 during Christmas, my first VR headset “Which I regretted immediately once I turned to Google, and actually learned that there was an actual VR headset that was cheaper.” Was PlayStation 4 VR that was my first ever headset but I didn’t start playing rec room until my second headset. Once I turned to Google and realize that the quest two was much cheaper I decided to go for that one it took a little bit of patient, “Mostly with my parents, they were annoyed but they were mostly chill about it.” I was finally able to get enough money to get the quest. Unfortunately no matter how many store I went to they didn’t have the quest, in stock. Once I later realized, that would just be much easier just to get it online and so I did. It took a little while for it to arrive but finally I was able to get the quest. Now granted I don’t know what the first game I’ve ever played on it, but when I discovered rec room I decided to give it a try. Needless to say I reached level 50 and of course of three years of my life and spent multiple hours on it. Anyway that’s the first story on how I got my headset read the second reply to know what my first ever play through was actually like.
Oh hi you’re still reading OK good, well without further here’s the story of my first ever play through of rec room. Now when I first logged in I was a bit skeptical at first but then I went to the rec center, I talked to a couple of people to see how the game worked, a few players to the direction. I decided to load first map. The first legitimate map I have ever played, was a wall climb map, and you’re probably wondering oh you probably just got off that map straight up immediately. Actually you’re wrong, because I climbed the fucking top of the gosh darn wall. Yes I climbed the top of that wall and yes it took me hours and also yes my arms hurt after a while. Once I did climb all the way to the top, I’m not gonna lie it gave me a very special feeling. That feeling was a sense of accomplishment. Even though the climb was tedious it was still worth it. In case you’re wondering what was at the top of it there was just a bunch of couches and some knickknacks and that was it. As a matter of fact I also forgot to mention that there was a person who was climbing with me. Although nowadays he’s never online that was my time playing a map with someone. Oh my goodness are you actually still reading, I’m not judging, reading is actually good for your brain. Anyway here’s the third story. A long time ago in the year 2020 one day when I was at a decent level I decided to go to the rec center do you know cause some shenanigans talk to people, and basically doing random shit. Everything was going fine, until I met this person. His gamer tag name was Jack sparrow, “Yes that was his actual game tag name.” “He also dress like him.” After we first met we had a conversation together had a few laughs, after our talk wanted to actually play at a quest. “And yes it was the pirate one, he actually wanted one of the outfits to complete his look.” Naturally I accepted and we played a room together though sadly we lost. But it was quite fun. Until he wanted to do something fun. What was it you may be asking? He wanted to create a room kinda like a pirate ship battle Royale kind of thing. He asked me for Assistance. To give you some better contacts before we continue, I just wanna let you know I actually am a very good builder in rec room I can make some pretty decent stuff, my skills are so good that I can literally make a small spaceship less than five minutes, and it would look awesome, I’m that good. Anyway moving on, after he asked me that question of course I accepted. And we were actually doing a pretty decent job at it although we were only working on the ship, unfortunately though we didn’t finish the ship we just sort of goofed off a little bit. Because of this he actually wanted to work on the thing tomorrow so that way we can be more focused. I agreed with him so we just decided to just do it another day. After that day went by I decided to build the ship my self, and not gonna lie it was actually an awesome ship that I made, it was a decent size and the detail was also decent. After I was finished with the ship I wanted to show Jack sparrow my finished product. unfortunately though, he never returned.😢 I waited days upon days for him to show up online. He was never online ever again never have I ever seen his name tag lit up, it always showed as gray. To give you some better contacts he was living in another country, so I couldn’t exactly go to this location to see what’s going on. He never even gave me a phone number. Anyway, I never got the show him the ship. To this day I still don’t know exactly where that guy went. It was like he straight up disappeared. And that’s one memory that I will never forget ever. I would like to clarify, the events that I am about to tell you, happened before the Ukraine and Russian war, it makes sense as the story continues. During those times I’ve met countless people from different countries, and at that time I was at a very high level although not to level 50 yet it was still relatively high. Also during that time I had very big interest to Russians and their culture. Until one day I actually met a real actual Russian in rec room . And let me tell you it actually put a smile on my face, the reason why it made me smile because the way that the Russians talk and the way that they act, not gonna lie I like it. And yes it’s exactly what you think think it is he was talking in the accent, as a matter fact I decided to talk to him and I wanted to show him my Russian impression. As soon as I did it he said and I will never forget it. You are very good strong accent. I forgot the rest of what he said but those words will never leave my mind. See I told you it would make sense, nowadays though my interest in Russians have definitely dwindled, and I mostly hate Vladimir Putin now. Still their accent is really really nice.
