Sir Subrata Chakraborty, who was a Pioneer in Indian Aviculture not only in breeding and keeping birds but helping and treating abandoned & forfeited birds. His legacy is now being carried forward by his family and his younger son Sumantra Chakraborty. An esteemed and dignified aviary having many history in Indian Aviculture as well as authors of many books in Bengali, most popularly known for his "PAKHIWALA DIARY".
