as a dump truck driver with about 25 years experience I noticed that the ground guys keep having the trucks pull too far back, into the soft dirt, which is an unnecessary danger to the drivers. but its the drivers job to tell these ground guys " I'm not going that far its too soft and or too dangerous. otherwise, most of the work seems to be ok.
