It’s not a maximum strength lightening lotion so I doubt it would do that. More so, I wouldn’t advise on any product that would lighten you two shades that quickly, probably full of chemicals. ❤️❤️

Stop using it on your chest. It's probably too thick. Use the face cream or serum on your chest
