Tell me what do u mean by CONNECTIVITY?.. if u mean to use feature like sidecar,airdrop etc then they will not work on windows laptop... In 2020 i own an ipad pro and a laptop for the last 1 year..from my pas experiences i would say if you don't have any laptop or any kind of device and you are thinking about buying a new laptop or tablet then go with laptop don't even think about ipad or any other tablet or even Chromebook...if you already own a laptop go with ipad..an iPad can not do what a laptop can...don't ever listen to anyone else... thanks me later.
