Great Video! I must admit that when i saw your video on my recommendations i was thinking your channel was some well-known channel with 10k+ subs, so seeing i was wrong after watch such well edited video but with only 64 likes is quite astonishing I saw some people commenting that the music was "too loud" or "annoying", but it didn't annoy me as much as it did to them
would love to see followups on mesh and ray tracing shaders! also this video is missing the warning that geometry shader doesn't perform well on graphics cards, and you're better off just not using it
Will see what I can do. Thanks for the heads up, but the reason there is no warning is because I go through the whole pipeline without regards to performance. I would also like to point out that, your statement isn’t entirely true. There is reason for geometry shaders existing, if they were inherently bad they wouldn’t exist in the first place. That being said, they will rarely be used because there is usually other ways to do similar actions without the overhead of the GS, but sometime, ex particles and deferred light primitives, it can help.
Wow, ton of knowledge packed into 1. I can do gameplay programming in Unity and little bit in Unreal. I wish to learn Computer graphics, to do cool things, I love the Dishonored2 visual style. Can we create something like that in Godot. Not in a hurry. Web Development pays my bill, but I really want to learn this skill and my game with unique visuals. Thank you, for sharing all this. I am your new subscriber, loved the content.
Thank you for the kind words, and glad you liked the content! If you are looking to transition into computer graphics I believe you have found the right place. I also started out in Webb development and Unity gameplay programming, and now I do low level C++ and Graphics programming, so the road isn’t to long trust me😉
Thanks for this video, appreciate the simple explaination way. This makes it a lot easier to pick up.
Glad you found it useful and simple enough :)
Bro, the topic about matrices was really great! Well done
Glad you liked it!
Music was annoying
@@amanparmar3847 Too loud or the choice of music?
@@oskar_schrammtoo loud
@@utkugokalp3179 Thanks, will make sure it is better in the next video!

bg music is distracting , too loud
@@avhiro Thx, will think of that in the future!
@@oskar_schramm great content btw
@@avhiro I think it needs more visuals, and probably a better mic. An example vulcan or opengl pipeline would really demonstrate your message
Cool video
You got yourself like and maybe a sub
