Should we rise the common skills ...and maybe give them stars to be quicker in the defeating enemies in this event? Or only given inside skills influence (that looks much more understandiable to make attempts for newbie and oldfags equal in new event on a start point)

the main stats from stars and such should not influence this at all, as it is not shown in the stats report. so it does not make a difference.
