I love your Agnes top, I see so many people sew this up I must get it and the Seamwork Astoria, definitely grabbing that too. Too bad about the shirtdress, did the pattern skip adding the collar? lovely makes. The shirtdress is lovely in spite of the challenges it created for you but I agree the vintage style is difficult to wear. Black boots maybe a little too heavy for the fabric? Others with more ideas will be able to advise - I struggle with these things too much myself! It is a lovely fabric as are all the other makes. Another great blog - thanks

.The stand up collar was the reason i haven't made one and now I know I can make it with no collar. The collar would anoy me. The pastel colors are nice on you and it softens your face - I love it. It would look so nice on spring days and with tights and flats in the winter. Your makes are beautiful!

I loved the pussy bow blouse, the colour and style really really suits you. I laughed at the collar on the shirt dress. Could you unpick and insert or is it too much faff. I've been tempted with the shirt dress thing, but to be honest its just not me. I think its easy to get swept up with what others are sewing and make things that I would never wear otherwise.
