Some people such a young man but the soul is so dark, he had a smirk on his face.
In other countries you prefer death over prison because prison is prison and not hotel
What was is job? Was he living alone? The way he is not worried, it seems he has no remorse for the action he made! Perhaps it coud have been some satanic
He is a university graduate with an honors degree from Wits and qaulified Acturial Specialist employed by Old Mutual check his linked in page.
Hes so dump
DId thy knw that she was his cousin and did the young lady knw naye if this man was his cousin?...
Amanyala
Yes. They knew because his mother and Tshepang's late mother were blood sisters.
Don't die for nyash
Young handsome man
This is so sad 😢😢😢😢killing her for cheating? That’s so dumb!! Like why do some men feel so damn entitled? He could of walked and started dating someone else but instead chose to take her life.
He is laughing,
He killed his cousin, they had a relationship with his cousin. He dismembered the body☹️ that's weaked. So sad indeed
Monster
I don't get it.. Ddnt he already state it in his admission that he planned the murder... Can't the state give him life/max sentence from that admission without the state going on trial to prove sumthing he is clearly not contesting..Can a lawyer please explain to us🙏🏾coz this seems to be like a waste of time and money from the state's side I could be wrong 🤷🏾♀️sum1 pls explain
Mitigating factors will be taken into consideration.
1. Age.
2. Could be the breadwinner in the family.
Seems like those are the ones that could be put forward.
@@millicentsifisomthunzi3799 ohk thanks i get u...but I must ask.. Dnt the mitigating&aggrevating factors follow after verdict which can still be held out without trial?pls Sifiso just explain to me the sequence of proceedings i realy wana understand how our justice systems work especialy with these public trials🙏🏾Google isn't giving like sum1 in the field would
@@DivineDipuo I do not practice criminal law. I will get more information and get back to you :).
If he did not plead guilty then the state would need to waste resources and prove that he is… the sentence would be more severe. In this case he pleaded guilty right away, the sentence is slightly less severe.
@@siyabonganzima7407 it's still under schedule 6 offences, the minimum is life imprisonment.
Most of us think dark thoughts but only the crazy and evil actually take action. The prosecutors did a great job to get him a longer sentence
