hello bro can i ask if after adding Add on Vehicle on OpenIv, can i copy the whole gta v directories and paste it to another devices? and i wonder if the add on vehicle still working on other device without using open iv?

No brother, Open IV is needed to install add on vehicles. And with open IV, you can mod game more easily.
